Qiu Chi leaped down from her horse. “All of you, together. Let’s make this quick.”
The burly men felt they were being looked down upon. Gripping their sabers tightly, they charged at Qiu Chi without mercy, not forgetting to shout, “Since you don’t know what’s good for you, don’t blame us for being ruthless!”
Their words were tough, but unfortunately, Qiu Chi dispatched them with just her whip.

The thought that they had just tried to rob someone from the Demon Sect made them tremble uncontrollably. They quickly declared their positions, “Yes, yes! I choose to join the Demon Sect.”

And so, the newly established Demon Sect gained a dozen new members, and Qiu Chi began to worry about where to house them.
After a moment of thought, Qiu Chi decided to turn back and seize Lou Yu’s house.
On the way back, Qiu Chi rode her horse at a leisurely pace, followed by a dozen burly men. This time, no one foolish enough to try and rob her appeared.
The strong men began to cautiously ask Qiu Chi some questions. “How should we address you?”
“Just call me Sect Leader.”
“Then, Sect Leader, where is our Demon Sect located? How many people do we have?”
Qiu Chi shot the questioner an impatient glance. “Why all the useless chatter? Aren’t I taking you there right now?”
“Does it matter how many people we have? I alone can crush the entire righteous path.”
The burly men: “…”
Qiu Chi led them back to Lou Yu’s house.
Only half a day had passed since Qiu Chi had left.
Lou Yu had already gritted his teeth and applied medicine to his own wounds.
When he saw Qiu Chi had actually returned, his dark eyes immediately shot toward her, and he uttered a sentence Qiu Chi had fully expected: “You are not Shangguan Yue.”
Qiu Chi ignored him and directly ordered the men behind her, “Two of you, throw him out.”
Lou Yu struggled and managed to evade the men, but just as he dodged, Qiu Chi lashed out with her whip. He stumbled, and two of the men seized their chance to grab him.
Only then did Qiu Chi retract her whip. “Just toss him outside.”
As Lou Yu was being dragged out by the men, his gaze remained fixed on Qiu Chi, burning with intensity.
Qiu Chi smiled back at him and shrugged.
After the two men who had thrown Lou Yu out returned, Qiu Chi announced, “This is the headquarters of our Demon Sect. The sect has only just been established, so we’re a bit short on people, but you don’t need to worry. Our Demon Sect will grow strong very soon.”
“However, let me make one thing clear first. We are the Demon Sect, not some low-life thugs. If you want to rob people, fine. Go rob the major sects and prominent families. But you are absolutely forbidden from harming ordinary people. Touch them, and you die. Understand?”
The burly men looked at each other, utterly bewildered.
Someone cautiously asked, “Sect Leader, isn’t it a bad idea for us to steal the name of the real Demon Sect like this?”
By now, they thought they understood the situation. This was just a naive young girl with incredible martial arts skills who wanted to make a name for herself, so she decided to establish a sect called the Demon Sect.
The problem was, the Demon Sect wasn’t a fictional entity!

“How about we change the name?”
Qiu Chi was speechless. “Look at you, a bunch of cowards. We’re calling it the Demon Sect. If people from the real Demon Sect come knocking, we’ll just consider it an expansion of our own sect.”
Since Qiu Chi was so insistent, they could only shut up, intimidated by her strength. They thought to themselves that as long as they didn’t cause any trouble, the real Demon Sect probably wouldn’t find out that someone else dared to use their name.
Qiu Chi didn’t care what they were thinking. She just said, “This place is pretty good. Easy to defend, hard to attack. We’ll set up some traps later.”
“However, this courtyard is still a bit small. We need to build more rooms…”
As she spoke, Qiu Chi sized them up. “You all should be able to build houses, right?”
